Our marriage was all but over. Then we decided to meet a counselor. Dr Lakshmi turned out to be a perfect therapist. She heard us patiently without any bias. She was showing extreme understanding of our issues. Her unconditional support was immense. Over a few sessions she helped us diagnose the reasons for our mistrust and helped us work through that. Dr.swarupa mam is really good psychologist and psychotherapist.from last 6 years I was suffering from some personality issues,stress,severe depression anxiety and pannick disorders.i tried many psychiatrist in between.they priscribe medicins but i get only temperory relief from it.5 years I was struggling the problem but after visiting to dr.swarupa mam.they first understand my problem friendly.give me some coping strategies and how to stay positive and change the way i think.now within 2 to 3 session I feel relax and very energetic and able to do my work with focus and confidence.thanks swarupa mam. And I hope I will be perfectly recover from my health issue in next session.

Thanks to Dr. Swarupa madam......... I have been suffering from severe depression, anxiety and negative thoughts since past 03 years. I was feeling continous nervous and completely lost interest from job and career. I consulted many doctors but result was not satisfactory. I was worried about my problems, i thought that i will never recover from this. But after consulting Dr. Swarupa madam i am feeling much better, she changed my life. She listened my every problem carefully and gave good guidance. She taught some techniques like relaxation technique and How to deal with a negative thoughts, that was really helpful. We had relocated, and this change affected our 8 year old son the most,feeling insecure and worried.After certain period, we had to contact Ms. Gayatri for help.We got an appointment easily. She was very approachable and she was so good interacting with my son, making him feel comfortable sharing his insecurities with her to our amazement.My son is coping well ever since he had gone for her councelling session.we are glad we chose her to councel our son as she also gave us some ********* parental tips and advised to call whenever help required.
